Girls Next Door & Hef (the cold reality, when things unravel)

Out With the Old

Out With the Old

Watched ‘the end’ so to speak of Kendra Wilkinson, Holly Madison and Bridget Marquardt moving on…out of the mansion and into ‘adult’ life. Away from Hef. I heard Holly had hooked up with the freak Chris Angel…too bad. What struck me, and I know the show was contrived in many respects, was how sordid it actually looks as it unravels. Kendra was a twit and annoyingly bumbled about so much that even her perfect little butt could not override her ignorance. Bridgett the Lovely. Aging ever so slightly that makeup only shows her progression into her 30’s…what a lovely girl. Never really a slip up…a ‘real’ sex pot that won my heart from the beginning. I wish her the best and all the normalcy someday. Holly Madison the queen bee…wanting children, wanting more…evident in those troubled eyes as the reality that no amount of money, glitz, glamour or the old man was going to provide what the young woman craves. Typical, take a sledge hammer (Mindfreak boy) and smash the art work (Hef)….that is how you exit, and no amount of awkward filming will cover up the not so subtle exit. Loving goodbyes to Bridget and Kendra….nothing for the betrayer? All the more sleazy that two new tall drinks of water move in to fill the void…the appeal of the show for me and probably for not too many of my conservative brethren was the appearance just maybe of some normalcy and feelings…deluded myself I know…but I thought just maybe amongst the T & A there was a hint of reality…I know, I know.
