The Left & Hate (A Warning of Their Lurking Motivation & An Admonition to Not Copy Them

marxI find that this election cycle exhausted me and eventually I found myself ever increasingly angry at the deceptions and particularly at the msm. I found myself, out of frustration and no answer to counter, angry at the abuse propaganda machine…the media. But, everytime I wrote something provocative, I received responses far more hateful than anything I would ever write to another…. We all call names based on word play and as I do it I self check before doing so, thinking that I am pushing the boundaries of civility and thoughtfulness. I note that many thoughtful writers on the Right..particularly the Paleo’s write enormously informative pieces without resorting to one disparaging name. I am afraid I am not that disciplined. But, I have yet to resort to the non-stop assaults. I did recently unload on the gay radio announcer from SF, who yelled over an open mic that he wanted Joe the Plumber dead..

All that said, I try to refrain from the heavy hate words that the Left so easily brandishes in their most hateful discourse. So, the Left, to me, is quite hateful and demonstrates this in the streets and in their written/spoken words. So the piece below reminds me to stay focused on Obama and Regressive policies and the assault upon our liberties…and less focused on calling names. I will try at least. Now, I know you can pull up hate from the Right…but, beyond the usual suspects, you cannot find the ordinary person walking the streets so easily disposed to generate as much hate as the Left does from so many directions within society…you just can’t.

“It is ironic, yet natural, that the political left dominates hate literature. The irony is that the left championed “hate crimes” legislation. Having outlawed public expressions of hatred against various groups — racial, linguistic, sexual orientation, etc. — the left sees nothing hypocritical about fomenting hatred toward people of a different political orientation. Even if the “hate” authors don’t personally hate Bush et al., people on the left must realize how such ugly language can poison susceptible minds.

While ironic, it is not surprising that hatred of political opponents is so virulent on the left. Hatred has long been a central pillar of leftist ideologies, premised as they are on trampling individual rights for the sake of a collectivist plan. Karl Marx boasted that he was “the greatest hater of the so-called positive.” In 1923, V.I. Lenin chillingly declared to the Soviet Commissars of Education, “We must teach our children to hate. Hatred is the basis of communism.” In his tract “Left-Wing Communism,” Lenin went so far as to assert that hatred was “the basis of every socialist and Communist movement.”

fuck-middle-americaIndeed, it is easy to see the thread of hatred running through the various illiberal regimes of history, whether Soviet or Chinese communism or Hitler’s national socialism. Only hatred could explain the willingness to kill, enslave, and rob vast numbers of innocent human beings. Hatred corrodes one’s conscience. Under its toxic influence, a person will regard man’s God-given right to be secure in his life, liberty, and property as nuisances to be overcome, not commandments to be obeyed. The flip side of hatred is an inflated self-love, self-importance, and self-righteousness so extreme that respect for other human beings diminishes and, in extreme cases (Stalin, Mao, Castro, Kim, et al.), disappears.

I Hate Bush Fan Club

“GWB is the most asinine, brutal, criminal, disgusting, enraging, horrendous, incompetent, lazy, malicious, nefarious, psychopathic, quarrelsome, repulsive, sanctimonious, treasonous, unfit, vindictive, wasteful, zealotic piece of sh** to ever inhabit the White House.I won’t rest until he is removed from office. How about you?”

Not sure why the above writer, spewing so much venom, would believe the word ‘shit’ is more offensive than all the hate spewed out at the President of the United States.
