Primitivism (Regressives Love This Retro Look…Ready Excuse Toward Anarchy and Equality of Misery Index)

Anarcho-primitivism is an anarchist critique of the origins and progress of civilization. Primitivists argue that the shift from hunter-gatherer to agricultural subsistence gave rise to social stratification, coercion, and alienation. They advocate a return to non-“civilized” ways of life through deindustrialisation, abolition of division of labour or specialization, and abandonment of technology. There are however numerous other non-anarchist forms of primitivism, and not all primitivists point to the same phenomenon as the source of modern, civilized problems. Some, like Theodore Kaczynski, see only the Industrial Revolution as the problem, others point to various developments in history such as monotheism, writing, the use of metal tools, etc.”

“No group on earth has more leisure time than hunters and gatherers, who spend it primarily on games, conversation and relaxing.”

I Guess There Could Be Some Benefits

I Guess There Could Be Some Benefits

Does this not seem kind of fun and entertaining. The seeking a simpler life, existence and dumping the stresses of contemporary life? That is why I go camping. ‘Roughing it’ a couple times a year. Hell, I have even been known to nude sunbathe (well, in those reckless earlier years). This is the deal…I sense we as a society are too chaotic and not in balance. At least for urban/suburban dwellers there has to be some recognition of this…some degree of acknowledgement that man is not quite in sync. Taking that toward the egalitarian is always the focus for the Left. Equal misery…only right isn’t it?

Do they seriously believe there was equality? Equal anything? Only equal misery until the motivated ones rose and led and surpassed the same lazy SOB’s we are taking care of today. Then did they let the lazy bastards perish…survival of the fittest and motivated? Or do we believe they gave of their labors to provide for the lazy (not the infirm or weak or young)? Yes, somewhere in between this chaos and the retarded retro brain trust there is the place of quiet, organic, healthy, brother’s keeper neighborliness that needs to be sought and nurtured but not while seeking anarchy and equality. Screw equality…too many lazy types….waiting for the handout…like they did when man was really roughing it….BS

  1. Read about what female genital mutilation is. Indigenous people have a conservative way of thinking.

Any way, anything a conservative says will always be wrong, because they start from wrong premises. For example, the medieval “Saint” Augustine said:

“Women should not be enlightened or educated in any way. Indeed, they should be segregated because they are insidious and cause involuntary erections in holy men. “-Augustine of Hippo.

Augustine believes that women are guilty of erections he experiences.

As for medieval sexuality is a sin, then Augustine believes that women are “sinners”, “sin”

    He also said:

“It’s Eve, the temptress, from whom we must be careful in every woman … I do not see what use woman can be used for man, if one excludes the function of conceiving children.”

    St. Augustine of Hippo

As we see, Augustine thinks women can be useful or useless for men. But he never thought that women can be an end to themselves, that they can be human beings with rights, just like men.

Look for “female genital mutilation” in wikipedia and you will understand indigenous tribes are conservatives. It means liberals are different from them, but you are not.

  2. You must, yourself, have at least as many conjectures about primitive peoples. What makes you so sure that the current system or civilization itself did not set up for people to mooch off of each other? Mooching may been an animal inherent in all of this (*points to the Earth in 2011*) . . . You just don’t know. You certainly provide no anthropological, psychological, historical evidence or weighty logic to support your words. Just a lot of inflammatory, adolescent-sounding backlash. Nyeh, They’re weirdo anarchists. Um, try again honey.
