Roxana Saberi (Ok, ‘O’ You Wanted to Sit and Talk…Seek the Release of Saberi NOW!!!)

Roxana Saberi

Roxana Saberi

Alleged and convicted spy, Roxana Saberi. Tried and convicted in 1 day secret trial. 8 year sentence. Spy for ??? Obama Administration?? All so much horseshit, and deserving of immediate response and release. She was recently a suspect in consumption or possession of wine. Obama Administration better demonstrate the talking they offered up. Perhaps Iran will let her go after we prostrate ourselves in the Western way.

  1. I understand that she has kept her Iranian citizenship. Do we know much about this girl? She wants to have US citizenship and keep her Iranian citizenship, and then when there’s trouble, she expects the US to come in on the white charger. What is she being accused of (I mean, other then buying a bottle of wine.) Why was she in Iran? Did she follow their laws, or expect to be exempt from following them because she “also has US citizenship”? I have lots of questions before I expect the US to spend political capital on her. I know this sounds harsh, but I don’t think we know all the facts yet.

    • I guess we know about as much as we ever know re any ‘journalist’ grabbed over seas. I speculate it was contempt of the system and associating with ‘extremists’. I am sure they maybe some behind the scenes talks…. Perhaps the msm could be asking similar questions? Odd, I have not seen much about it other than recording the event. I find it odd, not big show trial. Just hook her up and convicted in less than a week. She was accused of spying for the U.S., which given the timeline means the Obama Administration. Doubtful.

  2. Agreed. We’re not likely to get answers from Iran, at least not truthful ones. I wonder if she was visiting family there. Lots of questions, and our MSM is not into real journalism any more, therefore we probably won’t ever know.
