The Left’s Version of the Law: Based Upon Feelings, Not the Constitution (Social Engineering Green Light)

“While 82% of voters who support McCain believe the justices should rule on what is in the Constitution, just 29% of Barack Obama’s supporters agree. Just 11% of McCain supporters say judges should rule based on the judge’s sense of fairness, while nearly half (49%) of Obama supporters agree.”

All About Feelings

All About Feelings

“In terms of how the Supreme Court currently makes decisions, just 42% of voters think the justices rule from what is in the Constitution. Thirty-percent (30%) say they are guided by a sense of fairness and justice. Democrats are more likely than Republicans and unaffiliated voters to believe the justices base rulings on the Constitution.”

Heaven help us if the Dem’s gain control of COTUS, POTUS, SCOTUS and the Media (already a done deal). The scale of social engineering will be unprecedented. Frankly, there is no guarantee McCain won’t muddle up some of this. McCain is no true conservative any more than Bush was. If McCain was so aligned with Bush it was on the Moderate scale. Bursting out as a ‘maverick’ was to be more Liberal than Moderate and rarely Conservative. His, McCain’s, populism and strong defense stand are more in line with a Neo-Con position than a true conservative. Thank God, I hope, for Sarah. She pushes slightly more rightward, but has that Populist bent as well. Either way, the above statistics strongly demonstrate the Left’s view of Courts (look at the freak show of the 9th Circuit). There is not better microcosm of liberty’s destruction than the 9th Circuit.
