The enormity of the arrogance, double standards and revisionist history pouring forth is disgusting. Pathetic sheep, even us, follow blindly without any ability to derail this mess…what call a few phone numbers to non-responsive Regressives and 3 RINO’s? That is it? An election, a few phone calls, some ranting. That is the extent of our ability to change this bizarre slide into chaos. I am disgusted with the process, the citizens and myself. I am angry and so god damn tired of that arrogant twit at the lectern I could puke.

Odd how the twit had to spend so much time disowning the mess, which makes me think he is already preparing the excuses for the failures yet to come our way….and the then need for Nanny or worse Big Brother to just take over to thwart the chaos and revolt. 

Would some one accurately write about Carter and Clinton and the legislation signed that allowed such shoddy housing finance practices. Yes, throw in the oversight fiasco of Bush, and the Banking greed, but lay it to what it really was….it is bad enough that Bush started the ball rolling in his best RINO way of the Neo…but please be totally honest here.

U.S. Conservatism (Compromise & Abandonment to Avoid a Worse Fate?)

Every Republican president can count on the conservatives eventually supporting whatever policies he dishes out for one simple and profound reason: they hate the Left more than they hate the state.

Rockwell makes my stomach turn because he is right. I have sitting in the rear compartment of this train ride trusting. Wondering but trusting. Ignoring naysayers on the Right, because the true ‘enemy’ is always the Left. Slowly, much too slowly, I have become aware that while I study and confirm the Left’s evil intent…a progressive slide toward the Nanny State, there is a traitor in my midst, our midst. Call it Neo, Moderate, Liberal..hell, I don’t know anymore. All I do know is I feel betrayed in so many ways. 

I cut my teeth with WFB. I read everything and believed in the evil of the State. I readily accepted the threat of Communism. I never questioned much beyond that. Now things are much more complicated. I still fear the Left’s intent. I am immensely pissed at the arrogance of the Left, partly fueled by the stupidity of the Neo’s and myself. 

 Conservatives were urging the government to be expansionist and aggressive abroad, and smaller at home. This is like attempting to train the python to be a cuddly pet. The earlier anti-FDR Old Right understood the relationship between the welfare state and the warfare state: they are essentially inseparable, especially in the American context. A regime scheming to overthrow governments abroad will hardly hesitate to dominate companies and communities in America. There is also the problem of political dynamics. If you are really dedicated to the warfare state, what are you willing to sacrifice to get it? Conservatives have been willing to give up their entire domestic agenda.

If they plan on standing around to articulate Alexander Hamilton and Reagan….they are pathetically out of practice. Dump Boehner. This is the game…the big one. If you are not upto it…stand aside, if you have one damn McCain bone in your body…stand aside. If you haven’t guessed, unless you are going to build a kickass coalition with Blue Dogs, any bipartisan BS or compromise is not in the cards for the Regressives…play that game and they will knee cap you and then we will tar and feather you. Found this quite appropriate passage of Jefferson’s at a flyfishing site (http://busterwantstofish.com/) I link too at my ff site (swittersb weblog). This is maybe indicative of many today…maybe myself. Bearings seem lost. Principles of liberty have been abandoned. But, unlike some of them, perhaps Buster, I sure as hell am not going to jump from a band of Neo-Cons to a flaming Socialist, who is surrounded by Anarchist-Marxists, Black Nationalists, Socialists and Neo’s. Talk about jumping from the frying pan into the fire. Bush-Cheney did a variety of things that drastically and probably, most probably, steered us into costly commitments and opened us to unnecessary stress as a nation. However, Patriot Act angst aside, they had done little to really alter our liberty aside from monstrous spending (ala the big govt. mindset of Neo’s). So, now that people like Buster have bought into the ‘I Hate Bush, Cheney, McCain, Palin’ propaganda (and it is cool to rant isn’t it?) their alternative is voting for Obama-Biden. Seriously, that is amazingly moronic (I like that phrase). Yes, we have been played by Liberals and Neo’s and the choices now are no less spectacular. It is a choice of a lesser evil scenario and IT IS NOT OBAMA for sure. The Buster’s cherish their Liberty, yet appear perched to jump off the cliff to support the One that will slowly (not abruptly) smother their freedoms. The Regressive Party will use a super majority to suffocate the life out of any vestiges of right minded thinking except the beneficial Neo’s. Study the origins of many of the Neo’s…especially their mindsets of foreign policy thoughts v. cultural policy thoughts. If it makes sense…envision Obama suddenly deciding he is a Conservative because he is obsessed with Kenya’s survival. Obama does not change his socialist-liberal mindset and spends like a drunken fat cat. Yet, he is quick to flex power. That is where Neo’s came from. No different…Kenya instead of Israel. Liberal and power hungry with an arsenal at hand. GW was no different than his father…certainly not a true Conservative valuing freedom within the borders. Reject Bush, reject Neo’s, reject lazy Republicans. But do not buy into Regressives and Obama. Make the hard choice for McCain, another Moderate and then work like hell to change the mind set of your friends and the country. If people vote for Obama and his concept of Change….the damage will be too sustained and pervasive to un-Change. The system has been prepped for more Lego’s to be added and added….this time with Super Glue. No dismantling allowed!

An alternative must emerge. And, younger ranting, free spirits, who seemingly value their freedom to roam and rant, better wake up to the dangers of hating one person so badly that they jump in bed with one badly infected whore. Buster might be better off to study the Paleo concepts, that value his Liberty unless he bought into the failed Euro Socialist models.
