Obama is an actor…Reagan was an actor…both delivered their lines to perfection…one with a rediculous teleprOmpter and one off the written page. One possesses and one possessed clear visions of how things should be. One believes in the State. One believed in the Republic. Subservience v. Liberty. Arrogance v. Humility.

The slickness of an Obama, Clinton or Reagan still ultimately begs the inspection of what that slick orator believes in. Reagan, thus far, has no equal for the Conservative. Throw out the usual attack barbs re Reagan, they pale in comparison to the abuses of power and character by Obama. Unfortunately, the easily impressed dependence class and tax paying citizens are swayed by image, process and sounds, not content…similar to a Clooney, Prince or Oprah.

If you cringed and tweaked over the cadence of Bush speaking, you should be equally annoyed at the cadence of Obama. He has an annoying tone and clipped way about him that is as annoying as aw shucks Bush. Geez, here I am critiquing appearance over the substance. We seem only left to take pot shots at a card board cut out. The damage has been done…and we sit by and watch. It’s only money, liberty and sanity.

The Military Office of the Obama Administration is falling on the sword in some dumbshit photo op exploit that brought Air Force 1, complete with fighter jet escort, into the area of lower Manhattan yesterday.  Mayor Bloomberg of New York did not know about this. He said he would have aggressively attempted to stop this, had he known. This is sooooo stupid and insensitive to NYer’s. No brains. So, who really ordered such a dumbass stunt and what was the purpose? Louis Caldera OK’s the op.   Seriously, this is enormously careless and a display of the ignorance of the OA re security concerns. As Bloomberg said, ‘It is the Federal Government…and they will do what they want’ (paraphrasing). Oh yes, they appear to have that mindset don’t they. What kind carbon footprint did that leave? Boondoggle Junket? Who was on the Air Force 1?

This morning it was widely reported that a British survey has found that the song “My Way” is the most popularly played song at funerals.  This is somewhat amusing to me personally because I have a close relative who has asked that “My Way” be played at their funeral.

“My Way” is a great song.  Depending on how it is sung, it can filled with pride, regret, and woe all in the same performance.

I would not describe my story as having lived “My Way.”  Instead, I am a collector, a borrower, a thief, and an emulator.  I watch everyone, every idea, and everything around me, attempting to incorporate the best parts of others into a repotoire – an online library and a human library of associations, connections, and comparisons.

I have rarely been an originator.  Rather, I have regularly worked to combine, filter, compare, compose, and coordinate others’ ideas and artworks.  My work is not to promote ”my way;”  rather, it has been to show the best things I have seen from others.
